Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of X3 Alpha paid services, including Pro subscriptions purchased through our payment provider.

All payments are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that the charge is final unless a refund is granted under this policy.

We generally do not offer refunds for completed digital access once the service has been delivered, because the product is available immediately after purchase.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The customer was charged in error.
  • The customer could not access the service because of a technical issue on our side.
  • A duplicate purchase was made.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact support within 7 days of your purchase at alpha@x3digitalcapital.com. We will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.

Cancellations are handled through the payment provider. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Refunds are issued at our discretion and are subject to the payment provider’s policies. If a refund is approved, it may take several business days to appear on your statement.

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
